The Ridderfab Offroad 4x4 Team:

Jim Ridderbush: Team and truck owner and driver
Ken Fisher: Crew Chief
Dan Bergin: Crew Chief Assistant, team marketing, supply chain
Craig Skadahl: Crew Technician
Tony Dorvinen: Crew Technician
Jon Fintelman: Primary Spotter and engine tuner
Jeff "Cleetus” Clayton: Truck Administrator

Along with the group we all have support staff at home and in the pits.

Jim is the team owner and lead fabricator during the off season. Jim has been a professional welder for 20 years. He currently works for VanWin Corp in Kaukauna, WI. He also owns RidderFab Offroad which builds off highway vehicles year round for rock crawling, racing and expedition work.

Ken’s wife Christine and children Zach and Shelby keep Ken going through out the year. Ken works for Zebra Technologies in Greenville, WI as a Maintenance Lead /MRO Procurement Specialist. Christine also helps with the hospitality, photography and keeping the website up to date.

Dan’s wife Laura and two children Kathryn and Caleb support him in grand style whether off racing or at home. Dan is the Service Manager for Lenz Truck Center in Fond du Lac, WI.

Craig’s wife Jody and daughter Kat keep him running strong all year. Craig is a Honda automotive technician for Bergstrom Honda in Oshkosh, WI

Tony’s wife Heidi keeps him going year round. Tony is a Counter Service Rep for Gustave A. Larson Company in Duluth, MN. He is an HVAC technician with automotive and welding training.

Jon is supported by his wife Melanie. Jon is the owner of Jon’s Body Shop in Appleton, WI.

Jeff is the new guy on the team this year. He is a Pyrotechnican Specialist based out of the Fox Valley.

Jim, Jon, Craig and Dan have all been involved in organized four wheel drive organizations for 10-15 years. We still wheel recreationally when the opportunity presents itself. If it weren’t for our families we would never be able to race and live like we do.
